Daily sessions will be LIVE from 4:00-5:30p ET (New York City time), Monday-Friday, March 15-19, via Zoom.

Each daily session will feature 60 minutes of guided practice, followed by 30 minutes of Q&A and follow up.

Please complete this END OF THE WEEK SURVEY!If you can’t make all the sessions, no worries! They will all be recorded/archived with links below for later viewing/practicing. Live participation is strongly encouraged, though.
