Global Fusion in Massachusetts this Spring

Two global fusion live performances are coming up this spring in Massachusetts! Groton Music's Meadow Hall will host A “must-hear” event with this spellbinding trio that explores the many moods of global music from Europe and the Middle East May 12th, and May 13th in Rockport the final concert in the Global Journeys series, curator/cellist Mike Block is joined by the phenomenally talented clarinetist Kinan Azmeh, a fellow member of the Silkroad Ensemble, winner of the coveted Opus Klassik award, and genre-blending composer in his own right,  as well as acclaimed Italian percussionist Fabio Pirozzolo.
